The International Maintenance Observatory aims to build a specific reference network to increase synergies and both general and specific skills on the topic of Maintenance 4.0. The Observatory 4.0 is powered by A.I.MAN. (Maintenance Italian Association) with the support of Engineering and the collaboration of NetConsulting Cube.

On September 18th, the Observatory 4.0 held in Milan a workshop on “How Maintenance performances affect CEO goals“. Grazia Cazzin (KNOWAGE project leader) and Morena Petraccini (Automation & Control Competence Center) joined the workshop to share Engineering expertise in the maintenance field. In particular, they presented the DIVE suite, conceived for every monitoring and maintenance task in an industry 4.0 company. In this suite, KNOWAGE provides the analytical layer for predictive maintenance, impact analysis over costs and saved operations and data quality.
Their speech, titled: “Predictive Analysis: calculation of the risk of failure and the impact on assets maintenance costs” aroused lot of interest and was followed by an interesting ideas exchange with Saverio Albanese, AIMAN President, and the participants.
