THE SOLUTION
The customer needed to gather different types of sales information from various management software in order to monitor business performance and make data-driven decisions.
The primary data available included the client name, the internal sales team associated with each client, the budgeted amount, the date the budget was confirmed, and the final invoices. Regarding the invoices, the customer needed to view the billing amounts in US dollars, as they were originally in the local currency of each country.
After setting up the conversion and integration process, the data was stored in a single data warehouse. Next, data source and datasets were created using KNOWAGE, and numerous interactive dashboards and reports were built.
The dashboards enable comparison of the budgeted versus actual billed amounts, as well as billing for each sales team by date.
The reports allow to analyze opportunities, sales and billing. These reports are grouped by certain administrative roles that were created in the solution offered by KNOWAGE.
THE RESULTS IN BRIEF
The billing analysis platform powered by KNOWAGE is now supporting sales data management across more than 6 countries, integrating various software and architectures to provide seamless data crossing. With the implementation of KNOWAGE in this project, SATI gained great experience in developing data management solutions that streamline business operations and drive better decision-making.
