Permission : PROFILE MANAGEMENT -> Roles -> Authorizations -> View My Workspace not work as expected 

Even I found that in the role , the "View My Workspace" permission unticked , I can still see the menu after "My workspace" after I relogin 

Seems the "My Workspace" icon is always visible.

Please advice if it is the expected behaviour or not .

Hi kstang,

The authorizations refer to the role and are applied when accessing Knowage with a user who owns that role. For example, if the "View my workspace" authorization is selected for the user role, accessing Knowage with that role will display the relative icon; if it is not selected, the icon will not be visible. After modifying the authorizations configuration, you must log out and log in again for the modification to take effect.

We have released a new version of Knowage in which we have made some fixes to the menu. Can you try to update and let us know if the problem persists?

If so, can you provide us with the detailed steps to reproduce the case?

Knowage 8.0.2 is available at https://www.knowage-suite.com/site/knowage-download/. You must register (if you have not already done so), log in and then you can access the download of all the versions already released and those that we will make available in the future.
