Biadmin- Ooooooops! User or password invalid, Retry!

Hi, 

I usually work with the user biadmin / biadmin, as of yesterday I cannot connect with this user and it displays an error message:

Ooooooops! User or password invalid, Retry!

Can anyone help me please??

Hi Andrijana,

Yes, i check my base and i have the user. I resolved the problem by modifiyin just the label on biadmin1 and i can connect. After i return it to biadmin and it pass.

Weird surprise but it works

Hi RahmaTeffahi ,

I think this is a bug. We also experienced this issue.  In fixing this issue, we configured user data in database.
Here are the steps we did. 
 

1. Try first if you can log in using demo_admin or demo_user(or any user).
2. ( For example you we're able to log in using "demo_admin") Now go to knowage_demo database and look for "sbi_user" table.
3. Look for the "demo_admin" in USER_ID column.
4. Make it as super admin by changing it from "0" to "1" under IS_SUPERADMIN column.
5. Look for the "ORGANIZATION" Column and change it from "DEMO" to "DEFAULT_TENANT". 

This should be your "demo_admin" user data now. (I just selected the changed columns)

6. After saving this setup, go to google chrome and clear cache. Log in to knowage using "demo_admin".
7 . Go to "users management" and change "biadmin" password and save. (Check also if it is still in "admin" role).
8. logout the "demo_admin" account then try to log in using "biadmin" with the latest password you provided.

This is a recurring issue , we haven't really found out the root cause and the best solution for this, we are also observing this issue. Really hope this can help :)
Also, be careful in changing data in Database. Try to backup the data first, just to be sure.

also , this issue can be fixed by restarting knowage service. But it's weird that at some times, after restarting service, still cannot login using "biadmin".

Thank you for your response. The problem is resolved with me. I just liked sharing with you. In fact, fortunately I have another user with the admin role, that is what I make the changes with and it works. Even just I changed only the label from biadmin to biadmin1. After when I was able to connect with biadmin1 I return it to biadmin
