Where is "Change chart type" button?

I can't seem to find the "Change chart type" button anymre. On the online demo it is available for some charts, but on my local install it's not there. I have tried on versions 8.1.7 and 8.1.8.

8.1.7, 8.1.8, both Windows and Linux, Chrome and Edge
