Missing scorecard item in menu Knowage 8.1.0

Missing scorecard item in menu Knowage 8.1.0.

Also, when I started adding new KPI I am receiving error like bellow:

RESTEASY003210: Could not find resource for full path: http://192.168.21.83:18080/knowage/restful-services/1.0/kpiee/listScorecard

Can you please advice wher is the problem and how to resolve.
