Missed scorecard in menu bar

Hello, in Knowage 8.1 CE we don't have scorecard in menu bar and also we getting "ESTEASY003210: Could not find resource for full path: http://192.168.25.57:8080/knowage/restful-services/1.0/kpiee/listScorecard" error. Can you advise? Thank you
