Hello,

I am encountering an error when a simple user try to change his password on My Account menu. whenever a user try to change his password, an error that says "Old password is not correct" pops up, but there is no place to enter the old password.

I'm currently using Knowage version 7.1.5, and I'm hoping to find a solution to this issue without having to upgrade to a newer version.

Has anyone else encountered this issue before, or does anyone have any suggestions for how to troubleshoot it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
