Hi,
to fix the case you should change all the table names in the SQL scripts you used to create the DB but I don't suggest you to do that. The choose to use all uppercase names was made for compatibility to all the versions of the all supported DBMSs.
For example, if you use MySQL, you probably end with a working installation but on Postgres you will have great problems for sure.
