Export CSV in Cockpit Report does not work

Question

I have added CSV format option to Cockpit export menu.  After that, when i try to export CSV in cockpit report, it's no response for the action and doesn't work properly.

if you do have access to the tomcat directory, can you please check if in the tomcat/logs there are some errors inside the knowagecockpit or knowage log?

I can access the Knowage logs folder, but no error found in localhost_access_log.* or knowage or knowageCockpitEngine log.

Dear raylai,

after some investigations I saw that the new exporter is not working with the csv extension.
To do so I suggest you to use the specific functionality "export CSV" available in the document execution like in the attached screenshots.

The exporters menu will probably be changed in the new versions.

I can only find the "Play" button to execute Cockpit Report.

you have to execute the document and it will appear on the left side (or at the funnel icon click on the toolbar)
To force it if it does not show up you can assign the document an optional empty driver and it will appear.

Hello,

go to drivers management from your admin menu and create one driver, possibly visible and not mandatory.

Go to the document detail (the second screenshot you sent me) and open the drivers tab.

Assign the driver you created to the document.

I'm investigating to find out other approaches.
