Hi faress,

I need some more info about your issue. In particular:

  • Did you install Knowage with the installer?
  • Which version are you using?
  • What do you mean by "when I closed knowage"? Do you mean you have turned off your Tomcat?
  • What are the steps you took to get the problem?

Also, as advised by community policies, when you open a question remember to provide as much information as possible to reproduce the problem to give the community a bigger aid to help you.

Greetings
Alberto

Hello Again thank you very much for replying to answer your questions,

  • Did you install Knowage with the installer?

Yes I installed Knowage with the installer on Mysql server ( not an embedded version of MariaDB)

  • Which version are you using?

I'm using the Knowage 8.0.7

  • What do you mean by "when I closed knowage"? Do you mean you have turned off your Tomcat?

Yes when I stop Knowage with the stop Icon on my desktop

  • What are the steps you took to get the problem?

I started knowage like usual I edited my cockpit and I wanted to export it as an HTML into my own by this I mean import the Iframe link to my website

I hope you understood what my problem is thank you very much

Hi faress,

If you stop your Tomcat, the cockpit will not work due to the document not running. If you want to see your cockpit you have to leave Tomcat up and running.
