Installation error 8.1.0 RC

Question

There is problem when I try to install the version 8.1.0 RC. During the installation I get message error like below,  "Unable to extract resources". I want to add information, I install  the application as administrator, and I have been trying on 2 different pc's and  the same problem come out.

I also got the same error on Ubuntu Linux. Have you found any solution for this?

Hi mirekg,

I think we had some problems with the upload. I manually overwrite the files on OW2 repository: we tested both the files and they seem to work fine now.

I suggest you to download again the files. I hope this fixes your problem.

Hi mllbanor,

Unfortunately it still doesn't work. I have check with different kind of resources like Mysql, MariaDB and MariaDB embedded,  and the same error. During the installation the folder Knowage with subfolders is created, also empty database is created  since it can't load resources. So the problem must be inside that installation  exe fileso the file from Aprill 28th contains error.

I have first issues of 8.1.RC from April 22nd  and the installation works, but the application is not complete yet, missing some functionalities.
