I set the value of class file through configure management, now can't access to KNOWAGE. How to se to default value?

I set the value of config SPAGOBI.SECURITY.USER-PROFILE-FACTORY-CLASS.className to it.eng.spagobi.security.LdapSecurityServiceSupplier through configure management , now i can't access to KNOWAGE by using biadmin account. How to change the value to default value? The original value was it.eng.spagobi.security.InternalSecurityServiceSupplierImpl. I change to original value through database table but still can't login using biadmin crediential but it works for bidev/biuser credential.

But Still can't login using biadmin credential. Is it possible to change biadmin password through database table?

Hi muyeen70,

before changing your password I suggest you check if you have reached the maximum number of failed login attempts (more info at https://knowage-suite.readthedocs.io/en/8.0/installation-guide/advanced-configuration.html?#login-security-settings).

So if you really need to change the biadmin password you can use the statement documented here to create the new password.
