how can I configure in per document manner, to see if document can share to public or not ?

I know there is a "public role" concept , but with this "public role" , all document created by the user having public role are visible to public .

so I want to have the availability to public configure by document rather then by role  .

Hello kstang,

in Knowage the logic of document visibility works per role and not per document.
This means that you cannot choose visibility for each document, but you can only assign documents to roles, and then decide which roles are public.
