Problem with prefix in column style

Hi, I have a problem with the prefix and special characters.
For example I try to apply the special character €, at first it works but when I switch to view mode it is not seen

Thank you, I update the catalina.bat with this configuration

set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8
