cockpit failed to execute with error

Salve,
Error while getting the document execution url
it.eng.spagobi.utilities.exceptions.SpagoBIServiceException: it.eng.spagobi.utilities.exceptions.SpagoBIRuntimeException: Error while recovering execution parameter map:
ho appena installato knowage CE ed ho provato a crere il primo cockpit e ho l' errore ( vedi traccia errore dal file di log knowage.log ).
I just installed KNOAGE CE and i heve create the fist cockpit but i have the  error (trace error from knowage.log ) .

Dear tortorella,

can you please check if there are other errors inside log files and explain better the steps you did before saving the cockpit?

You should have a null document template but we must find out the cause.

Did you create and save datasources and datasets correctly before creating a new cockpit?
