Can not connect with biadmin

I have installed Knowage 7.4.6 and I logged in via username/password as biadmin/biadmin,

I am getting this error

 

Environment Knowage CE 7.4.5
in Users and Roles by (220 points)

Hello,

it looks like the maximum number of failed login attempts has been exceeded.

You will have to connect to the metadata database, open the sbi_user table and restore the value of FAILED_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS column to 0.
