User interface (Menu) and Authentication

Question

I have installed the version 7.4.5 and the authentication is faling, I have used the users found in the mysql table. The second problem is related to menu in the left (user Interface) is not possible found the menu in the localhost:8080/knowage page. Help me.

which user are you entering? The biadmin default one?
If the login works fine the menu bar should be visible, otherwise something wrong has happened during the installation.

Can you try logging in with the biadmin user? If you still have issue please provide the tomcat logs or the console logs (press f12 and go to console) if any.

Following your answer:
You cannot (and should not) decrypt the password hash, you should enter with the default passwords provided during the installation (biadmin).
Try also biuser/biuser, if they are not working try to drop and create again the schema.
