How to create a navbar in html widget?

I want to create a navbar(menu) in html widget but each time I add a href tag after I save it deletes automatically
any help please?

Dear lolleuyapobou,
as you can read from the html widget documentation here:
https://knowage-suite.readthedocs.io/en/7.4/functionalities-guide/cockpit/index.html?highlight=html%20widget#html-widget
The widget needs a whitelist to be set to allow the usage of urls for security reasons.
Follow the whitelist guide at the bottom of the sent link and you will be able to add the hrefs you need.
