Error saving cockpit

Hello 

When I try to save an Cockpit that I created, this message error appears: Exception occurred while saving document

please i need help 

I use windows server 2016

knowage 7.4.5

java 1.8

MySQL DB

I see you are not executing the document as a new cockpit, can you write the procedure you are following?

Hi Ven6,

Can you attach the log files in order to give us more information about your specific issue?
Also, if you migrated from previous versions of Knowage, remember to run the DDL scripts to update your database.
