cockpit not saved and not open documents

Question

Goog Morning, I have a problem when I save a cockpit I can't save it and I have an error which is the following:
An exception occurred while saving the document

then when I try to open the cokpit document I have once again an error which is the following:
it.eng.spagobi.utilities.exceptions.SpagoBIRuntimeException: error while restoring the execution parameter map: it.eng.spagobi.utilities.exceptions.SpagoBIRuntimeException: the model is [null] in the document with ID equal to [10]

can someone help me please?

probably the cockpit template has some wrong property in it.
Can you paste or attach the template in here and give me other useful informations like the version you are using?

thanks for your reply.

I have installed knowage 7.4.0 on a centOS server machine but connecting with another pc to the knowage installation the problems listed above come out.
