MAP WIDGET CONFIGURATION

Am wondering if there is anyone among you can help me with the map widget configuration, am trying to follow the demo version but i always get diffrent and wrong results, any help !!

If you are following them can you please give more details about your configuration and errors?

Yes indeed, i followed the knowage guide, i used an xls file that contains gps coordinations with other data, but i can only see the markers, i can't use the other options like heatmap, have you any idea about i'm missing !!
