Knowage designer: Where to define property binding parameter value on Knowage server

Parameter name: lets say 'connectionName' in Property Binding is picking only the default value defined in Report Parameters.

How I do change its value on Knowage server side? as stated in doc "In addition, if database and connection properties change, you need to change the connection properties only in Knowage server."
