Account registration fails.

Knowledge installation completed, but failed to create a login account. I want to know where Connection refused occurs when I click the register button. mariadb is installed and knowledge_ce exists in the database.

please provide more informations about your installation.

How did you install Knowage? Using the installer or doing a manual installation? Are the defaults account working? Like biadmin, bidev and biuser?
