Hello, I have a local installation of Knowage 7.2.6 on Windows (64 bits) in my personal computer. I want to start modeling something so I try to uploading a file, first I try with an .xlsx file then I  try with a CSV file; but for both I got this error on the page FAILURE THE FORM CANNOT BE SUBMITTED BECAUSE OF SOME FAILURE.

I thing that is a web browser issue so I try with google chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox; but the error shows in each of them

What is wrong on the setup?, it is related to an specific issue, or casual?

Hello,

can you upload a screenshot of your datasource configuration?

Thank you.

Hello, I don't have any datasource configuration created, because I just wanna work with a CSV file, so I create a Dataset under "biuser" account.

Anyway I'll send you an image of that configuration in the attached image.

When I click the "Next" button I see the error I already commented

Hello,

I think you need at least one cache datasource defined for Knowage to work properly.

What do the logs say?

Hello, I do I have a cache datasource on knowage

Where is located the log files related to this problem?

Hello,

you can find the logs under "<tomcat>/logs/knowage.log" file.

Hello, this is the only error in the knowage.log file

[http-nio-8080-exec-11] 05 Nov 2020 16:12:23,652 ERROR it.eng.spagobi.rest.interceptors.RestExceptionMapper.toResponse:59 - Catched service error:
javax.ws.rs.NotFoundException: RESTEASY003210: Could not find resource for full path: http://127.0.0.1:8080/knowage/restful-services/2.0/newsRead/total

I don't believe this error is related to my issue.

Hi,

it might be a permission issue, try to log in as admin and see if it works.

Also, check in the browser console and see if there are any errors.

Hello, the next error is shown on the browser console, when I click on the "NEXT" button

Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at http://localhost:8080/knowage/restful-services/selfservicedataset/testDataSet?SBI_EXECUTION_ID=-1&isTech=false&showDerivedDataset=false&showOnlyOwner=true. (Reason: CORS header ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ missing).<!--EndFragment-->

When I try as a BIADMIN user shows the same error on the console
