Impossible to get parameter's default values

Knowage Version : 6.4.4
Server : CentOS 7

Hi , would like to ask if anyone experienced this scenario, that while executing report ( Exported to PDF File) , "Failed to load PDF Document" Error Occurs ? 

We are running a report without the other parameter as it was set to show ALL data if null. Data set is okay.
We also tried to put default value in the parameter, still got same error

Error got from KnowageBirtReportEngine.log

org.eclipse.birt.report.engine.api.impl.ParameterValidationException: Required parameter RegisterCode is not set.

Environment Knowage_6.4.4 , CentOS 7, Google Chrome
