how I can access to cockpit?

Hi,
I am a beginner and I have installed Knowage 7.1 in windows 7, and I cannot start cockbit, it shows me the following error  

État HTTP 404 – Not Found :

Type Rapport d''état

message /knowage/servlet/undefined&SBI_ENVIRONMENT=WORKSPACE&IS_TECHNICAL_USER=true&documentMode=EDIT

description La ressource demandée n''est pas disponible.

Apache Tomcat/8.5.43

Can you help me to solve the problem please

Environment Knowage 7.1, windows 7 pro 64 bits, cockpit, chrome
in Cockpit, Dashboard and Console by (120 points)
Hi,
usually the 404 problem is related to an error during engine deploy.
Can you try to deploy it again from scratch please?
