How can I add new language support to Knowage? Are there any instructions, tips?

Dear Andrey,
we are using Zanata tool to manage the differents languages, the service is under construction so when we'll complete the configuration we'll notify you

is there any update, I would like to localized env to Slovak language, is there some way hot to do this or any news ?
