How can I load sample data in version 7.1 in Linux?

Hi,

I installed version 7.1 on CentOS using the console method and chose all the default options, including the installing the sample data. However, after installation, I couldn't find it when logging in as bidemo.

Is there a way to install the sample data separately or should I re-install?

Demo data is available depending on the charting tool you choose during installation. You should choose Highchart so the database that would be created would be knowage_demo and foodmart_demo.

If you choose Chart.js, foodmart_demo will not be installed and knowage would have a different database named knowage_ce which has a different schema from knowage_demo.

Also, demo data is accessible when you login as demo_admin
