Hello,

After creating a cockpit with different widgets using data from datasets present on the knowage server, I would like to save a backup of this cockpit on a different knowage server. I know I can download the template.sbicockpit file to import it into the new server but the problem is the cockpit imported can't connect with the database so every widgets are empty. How can I manage to retrieve the data ? When I go to widgets parameters, I can't click on the dropdown button to select the datasets.

Thank you,

Mathis

Are the datasource and the datasets present on the new knowage server?
One question. Have you inspected the name of the database used by the 2 instances of Knowage server you are using? When I was doing installation, I noticed that depending on the charting tool you chose during installation, it builds a different database schema. Highchart uses "knowage_demo", Chart.js uses "knowage_ce". When I try to import the data from one schema to another, the datasets are not visible and the cockpits wouldn't load

Knowage Enterprise Edition has got some tools to export/import all the reports/cockpit between 2 or more Knowage Server.
