Report not opening with biuser credential

Question

HI,

I created a cockpit as biadmin  I have added it to the menu and made both the cockpit and menu visible to users and made the dataset used as 'Enterprise' dataset, also I made the dataset category "Default Dataset Category"

 I log in as a standard user, I can see the cockpit listed in the menu, and it is not openning, nothing, no changement just like I didn't click on it;

for dataset category, I have only one categpry by default, (Default Dataset Category)  its user by all datasets, and I cheked it on the role list in Data Sets Categories, also for functionnality they are shared with biuser

what wrong ?help me please!

please check the logs and the browser console in order to find any errors that may have prevented correct execution of your cockpit.

I logged as biuser, then I clicked on menu ton open a report there is nothing in the navigator console

I tried acces with bidemo, same as biuser, this user has a user ROLE, he has no access, he can't open cockpits and documents 

I think that the issue is with the default role type USER

check your Meru configuration. Your should create a Menu tree and add your document. You can choose which roles will be able to access and execute it

I share the solution with u

it could be a web cookies/cache problem. or You can also try to launch a npm build inside webapp folder to check if there are all required js packages for your webapp.
 

 I have an issue on my installation, popper.js needed by bootstrap was not installed, I fixed the issue, with npm install, and npm build,

Login as admin, go to Documents Browser and change the document state to "Released". When you create a document, state is "Development" by default. Users cannot execute it unless state is "Released"
