Got can’t reach this page when opening document designer at KPI

Question

Got the page can't be displayed when trying to open designer at any KPI when navigating to

Document Development > KPI > Edit Document > History > Open Designer

it says: http://localhost:8080 can't be reached when i access from the client

whereas this link works when i access from the server

how to overcome this issue??

Hi Smily,

I had the same issue but we got it working. When you click on "designer", notice that the URL points to localhost and thus it works from the server as it is the local host. However, it does not work from the client. I talked to our Operation department to do the proper configuration - server and installation settings. It works fine now. If yours cannot figure it, I can talk to him to inform you about the required steps. hope it helps
