   have you some errors client side or server side?

You need a dataset with a column with coordinates (simple string with lat,lon or json and KLM formats) and correct metadata on it.

Please read the documentation at https://knowage-suite.readthedocs.io/en/master/functionalities-guide/cockpit/index.html#map-widget if you don't have yet.
