Knowage CPU and RAM Usage

Hi,

I have a Linux server with 12 Gb of RAM and 4 CPU´s, in which I only have installed Knowage 7.0. But its performance is not so good, it takes almost 20 seconds showing a couple of pies and a bar chart with only 30 records. Is there any way I can assign more RAM and more CPU to Knowage? I mean, a way in which Knowage can use the 12 Gb of RAM and the 4 CPU´s that the server has in order to make it faster.

I have checked network and database performance and seems to be woking properly. Also I checked server resources usage and it is using only almost 5 Gb of RAM and only 10% of CPU.

you can Java set heap size with Xms and Xmx (look at Java documentation for more details), but I'm not sure this will solve the issue, I mean 5 GBs is enough for 30 records... Could you please open the Developer tools within the browser and get some statistics? in particular the services that take long time
