Error "Error while generating model" when generate a new business model catalog

Hello,

I used Spago few years ago ,and try now to use Knowage.

I try to generate a new business model. I have an error when I "generate" the meta web model. The first time, I through that it was an error in the conception, so I created one with just one dataset. It is the same thing :

"Error while generating model" - generic error.

I saw 2 posts that asked to verify that PATH and JAVA_HOME are OK. It is my case.

I have no error in the log. I dont know how to activate error log.

may I ask if you searched in your tomcat logs?
The ones you can find in /logs folder in your tomcat directory.
Usually the errors are written in knowage.log or knowageMeta.log.

Thanks a lot. the log was empty during the execution of knowage, and I notice that the log is refresh when knowage is stopped. The problem was a JAVA problem. I had a JRE installed, so I changed for a JDK 1.8, and it is now OK. Thanks a lot.

I have another problem know in the use of this model, but I'm going to create a new post.
