Thanks for answering. I checked the log files but any error appears, it seems being ok. Knowage application is located in a different server than my application, could it be Cors policy? But in Firefox the report always displays properly, and in some Chrome´s, the problem is just in some computers only using Google Chrome.
The problem is, when I acces into my application to look the report it asks for Knowage log in (it appears the Knowage log in page) but it should not appear. When I enter a valid Knowage user into that log in page this error appears: "Error Calling REST service for Menu. Please check if the server or connection is working." "Not Found Tipo Informe de estado mensaje /knowage/jsp/spago/jspError.jsp descripción El recurso requerido no está disponible. Apache Tomcat/8.5.43". But I check the log files and nothing bad appears (I´m checking Knowage.log, Localhost.log, Catalina.log)
Is there any issue reported with Chrome browser? version? or anything that could causing that error when I try to use knowage reports into my application?
Note: The report is a BIRT report saved as a Knowage document.
