JDBC connection failed when install knowage

I installed mysql on windows, when installing knowage community 7.1 I got an error: JDBC connection failed
how could i fix it .

Environment Knowage version is 7.1, window x64
in Installer by (210 points)

if are you sure to putted the right information, you will check the Knowage-Server-CE\webapps\.install4j  if you can found out the cause.
