I have a problem when i try to shutdown Knowage server to change the port.

I obtain this error and i dont know why. Im trying to shutdown the server to change the default port because im using ambari in the same port. But first i have to shutdown in order to make changes in server.xml.

Environment application server
in General Configuration by (120 points)
