Knowage rendering problem

I am using Knowage 6.4.1 CE. I am having problems in the rendering in some most machines. Although it was rendering properly in 1 windows VM, it won't render in my macbook, my other windows laptop and another windows VM. I tried different browsers, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari and IE 11. How can I solve this issue?  

Environment Knowage 6.4.1 CE, Server: Windows Server 2012. Client machines: MacOS, Windows 10, Windows 10 VM, Browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, IE 11
