We facing the following error since, appreciate your support in helping us to sole this issue.

The following screenshot shows that we found when diagnosing the Java Heap and GC(Garbage Collection):

Hi,

you need to increase the JVM memory for your tomcat server. See for example this page: https://docs.bmc.com/docs/ars91/en/increasing-the-jvm-memory-allocation-and-thread-stack-size-609073221.html

I already tried to increase the JVM , but the issue still exists.
