Is it possible to develop charts using D3.js and/or highchart.js in knowage? If yes, using report designer or server?

Wasn't able to find enough info. I am using knowage community edition 6.2.1

If I want to add few more types of charts in cockpit from highchart.js library, can I? For example: Packed Bubble, Venn graph, 3D pyramid etc.

If yes, what steps I need to follow?
