Blank page for my reports

Question

Hi,

I have installed knowage on a server with the Installer. the installation is up, no errors during installation, also the databases are installed, and I created my own reports.

I'm using client server, architecture,

server : windows Server, chrome Version 73, knowage_6_3_1_ce

 client: windows 10, chrome Version 74​

This is a screenshot from the server

But when I try to open my report on an other computer, navigator in client side, I am getting only a blank page... the page is loading, there appears "Downloading", on the top but nothing happes,

I tried to open demo reports and it is working well, so the blank pages are only my reports!

you have to configure these variables: https://knowage-suite.readthedocs.io/en/6.3/installation-guide/manual-installation.html#environment-variables-definition

host_url: frontend services address, the one the user types in his browser.
