can not create a datasource in oracle

I can not connect to Oracle

Install Knowage and when creating a connection to the database in oracle send me the following error:

"Connection Test failed, please look for more details in log file and check Your parameters"

Environment Knowage 6.3.1 Windows 7, Tomcat 7.5.0, Google Chrome
