No puedo conectarme a Oracle

Instale Knowage y al crear una conexion a la base de datos en oracle me manda el siguiente error:

"Connection Test failed, please look for more details in log file and check Your parameters"

Environment Knowage 6.3.1 Windows 7, Tomcat 7.5.0, Google Chrome
