Mysql JDBC connection failed

Question

I think the picture is pretty clear, when I click next > , this  appear

I have check mysql server is running the service is called mysql80

and the port is still default (3306)
and all Java environment already set.

Did you insert the correct password ?

Check inside Knowage-Server-CE\webapps\.install4j\installation.log

pls does anyone have find a solution to this problem ? because i havn't found the file 'installation.log' and i always have the error message 'JDBC connection failed" while mysql is running and java environment already set.

I have the same problem with MySQL 8.0 try another version of MySQL.

MySQL 8.0 isn't currently supported. Try using MySQL 5.7.
