How to make chart created in BIRT - knowage report designer a mobile responsive?

We've created a chart using Knowage Report Designer(BIRT) and put it in cockpit.
Tried accessing the report using local IP  in mobile (android) but the chart is not mobile responsive.
Is there anyone who can help me with this one?

***We need to make the chart mobile responsive.
