Generic Error while creating generic document

i am able to create datasets and data sources but when i try to create a generic document it is showing "Generic Error" and while creting cockpit document it is showing Blank screen.

Note: i am beginner to knowage.
Environment 6.3 in linux. Chrome browser
in Admin and Developer Functionalities by (140 points)
