We came across a situation, We got errors to certain cockpits developed and we are unable to do anything to troubleshoot them. We are expecting that whatever we develop in Knowage server if we can download the file from server (like .rpt file in Knowage Studio) it would be good to troubleshoot. Is that possible? Or else can troubleshooting be possible in any manner.

We have concerns when our reports developed in Server face such situation. Please find the error.

Hi Karthik, you can download the cockpit file when you edit the document instead of running it: In "Document Details", click on "Show document templates" on the right hand side above the file structure ("Functionalities Tree"). In my understanding, you can upload those templates via the button next to "Template" on the left hand side.
