How to migrate Knowage datasets, LOVs, analytical drivers and documents from an installation to another installation?

I need to move my Knowage project comprises of datasets, LOVs, analytical drivers and documents from my Knowage installation on my server to my customer's Knowage installation. What are the steps to do that?
