Problem create Cockpit, Geo-reference-analisis and kpi

when trying to create from the analysis option of my workspace a cockpit a kpi or a geo-report throws me the error

I have changed the host_url for the ip and for the name of the server, is another configuration necessary for the application to work under a firewall?
